As an architects/analyst you rely heavily on facts and figures to support your case. In this training we complement your current communication skills with appealing to the heart of your audience.

You'll discover ways to combine heart and head in your message. Through exercises you strenghten your grip on motivation, influence, and how to capture people’s imagination.

This training is organized in a small group of max. 10 people. The trainers complement each other: one is rather a sales profile, focusing on the soft skills. The other is a senior architect, addressing the crispness of your message.
-learn and practice the proper use of voice and body language
-make an appealing presentation by sharpening your structured thinking and communication.
-deal with difficult questions or resistance from the audience.

Complementary individual coaching will guide you in a practical case of your choice. You'll pick a challenging stakeholder you'll be meeting soon to present your case, and present it to our coach in an individual 1:1 intake session before day 1. Between day 2 and 3, you'll apply the techniques on that case, and discuss the results in an individual 1:1 coaching session.
