This training sets out to enable architects on how to lead as an architect.

The training method is one of classroom coaching, in which the experienced trainers grow the participants' ability to:
• support the coordination of a change initiative regarding work breakdown, estimations and management of external dependencies
• govern a backlog of architecture work, prioritise architecture work items and report on architecture progress
• establish the foundation for building, maintaining, managing and directing a team of architects
• build & maintain connection among the architects in a decentralized environment, as a forum for knowledge sharing and for identifying impediments.
• evaluate the effectiveness and efficiency of a team of architects

The target audience are architects with significant experience in performing architecture work, experience in larger change initiatives (+1.000MD), and practical insight in architecture methods (e.g., IAF, TOGAF, DYA).
